FriendFinder Networks Inc. filed for
Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to restructure its debt. The company,
which also operates multiple social networking and adult-dating Web sites,
sought Chapter 11 protection along with 38 affiliates in the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court in Wilmington, Del., after missing interest payments on its secured
notes.
