St. Marys Paper Has Buyer

St. Marys Paper has a purchaser:
Ernst & Young Inc., the receivers for St. Marys Paper, have requested a court hearing on March 22  in Toronto to seek the court’s approval for the sale of the mill. The purchaser is 2319839 Ontario Inc.
As part of the purchase agreement, the purchaser is requesting that the receiver terminate the employment of all St. Marys Paper employees.

Fibrek Inc. has just announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) has determined to accept notice of Fibrek’s private placement of special warrants to Mercer International Inc. and has conditionally approved the listing of the common shares issuable on conversion of the Special Warrants.
