Development will delay the well anticipated April 18, 2013 auction of
papermaking, plant and support equipment at the former Wausau Paper Mill.
"Within the next two weeks, we plan to announce a new auction date or a
new owner of the site. We regret the delay but are in negotiations with buyers
that could put the former Wausau property to productive commercial use. The
ultimate goal is finding the right fit for the site while creating jobs for the
community of Brokaw, Wisconsin", said Eric J Spirtas, President of NIAGARA
