The
Chinese government has released details of this year's campaign to wipe out
outdated pulp and paper machinery, planning to retire a total capacity of 8.80
million tonnes/yr.
As
of July 9, there are 588 pulp and paper firms from 23 provinces on the list
detailing all the machines to be shut down.
