Sale of Catalyst's Elk Falls Fails

Catalyst Paper on Dec. 19 said that the sale of its Elk Falls site in Campbell River, British Columbia (Canada) to Pacifica Deep Sea Terminals Inc. did not close and the sale agreement has been terminated.
