Resolute CEO Claims Defamation

The president of the company that closed the Bowater Mersey paper mill in Queens County wants to know who wrote online comments about him that he alleges are defamatory.
In documents filed in Nova Scotia Supreme Court on Nov. 2, Richard Garneau, president and CEO of Montreal-based Resolute Forest Products Canada Inc., applied to have Bragg Communications Inc., owner of Internet service provider Eastlink, identify who made comments about him in response to a story published in September on the website, http://foresttalk.com/.
