USPS reports $5.2 billion Q3 net loss: The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) reported a Q3 net loss of $5.2 billion on August 8, with $3.1 billion attributable to refunding retiree health benefits, acting CFO Stephen Masse said in an earnings call. The Q3 report covered expenses from April 1 to June 30.
