USPS: Mail Still Best for Driving ROI

USPS adopts new products and services to stay solvent: USPS Postal Service Postmaster General and CEO Patrick Donahoe's set out his vision for the agency's future in light of the congressional gridlock, including new products such as incentivizing businesses to include 2D codes in direct mail flyers...and increasing its package business.
Donahoe emphasized the continued importance of mail as the best channel for strengthening brand relations and driving ROI. “People actually read what they get in the mail,” he said.
